Hi and thank you for visiting my shop! I'm Jade, and like many, I've always wondered why my creativity seemed to fade over the years. Moving away for college and diving quickly into a regular 9-5 job made me feel as though I lost my creative spark. Throughout the years, I've always felt that I wanted more. I wanted to find something in life that made me feel excited and gave me something to look forward to other than the usual day-to-day (besides my two cats of course).

How We Came to Be

I was in the process of moving, and as many know, I love home decor. Around this time, I had started working with my sister on her candle business as a hobby, but I didn't feel as excited as I should have. One day while working on candles, I was browsing online and learned that you could make your own concrete vessels. I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to create some pieces to add to my new home.

 

I fell in love the moment I started working with concrete. I began a journey of learning and experimenting to create uniquely curated pieces that tailored to my own individual style and aesthetic. One of the main reasons I love working with concrete and other natural materials is because the color, texture, and finish makes my home & decor feel much more grounded. Another reason is because it's very difficult to achieve perfection when working with concrete - there will always be some slight variation from piece to piece. Those imperfections allow me to create unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate the beauty in the flawed.

Everything in my shop is made by hand. All of my pieces are hand mixed, poured, sanded, sealed, and packaged, allowing me to infuse each creation with my very own personal touch.
