All of our items are crafted with care and detail, 100% handmade by me in my home studio.

Each piece is made with a mixture of concrete, distilled water, and coloring pigment that has been carefully measured. These components are hand-mixed until the right consistency is achieved and then poured into their molds. The molds are both placed on a vibrating tray and tapped by hand to remove air bubbles.

Each piece is left to set for 3-4 hours before it is carefully removed from the mold where it undergoes the first sanding process to remove any rough or uneven edges. The piece is then moved indoors where it is left to fully cure for 3-8 days. The items are weighed by hand every day to ensure it is fully cured without the presence of any water.

After the piece is fully cured, it undergoes a second fine-detail sanding if necessary. The piece is then sealed with two coats of water-based, eco-friendly sealer. After fully dried, it is polished with an all natural stone wax made from beeswax, carnauba wax, and mineral oils. These sealants enhance durability and protection of your pieces, but they should still be handled with care. Our pieces are water-resistant but not 100% waterproof.

Once the item is ready (and our favorite part!) we package the item in eco-friendly, sustainable packaging and get it ready for the post office.

Please note that although we do our best to strive for consistency, minor irregularities and air bubbles may be present. Pieces may have a weathered, natural look due to the curing and sealing process. The color of your item will not be exactly as pictured as all items are made in separate batches, and pigments are hand measured for each pour. As a reminder, these are not imperfections but allows us to take beauty in handcrafted items and create unique one-of-a-kind pieces.

Each piece is water-resistant, but not waterproof. Do not submerge in water for long periods of time. Wipe up spills quickly with a damp cloth or use a dry cloth/brush to remove dust.

Please avoid using chemicals, harsh perfumes and liquids that could stain.

Handle with care to avoid chipping and scratches. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Not microwave or dishwasher safe. Do not use with food.

All of our items are made-to-order and processing time is typically 5-7 business days. Your item will be shipped once ready and delivery may take between 3-8 business days.

If the item is already in stock, we will process your order sooner and you will be notified once your item has been shipped.

All items are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we do understand accidents may happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and kindly email us a photo of the damaged item in the original packaging. We are not responsible for damaged items after the 24 hour window. If you have any other issues with your order, please reach out to us directly and we will respond as soon as possible. Thank you!

Yes! We prioritize sustainability and do not use any plastic in our packaging. Our items are shipped in honeycomb packaging, dissolvable starch packing peanuts, and cardboard boxes.

We use eco-friendly and non-toxic materials that are safe around children and pets. The materials used in our handmade vessels are concrete, iron oxide pigments for coloring, a water-based sealer, and wax. Iron oxide pigments are not considered toxic to dogs or cats. Our sealer is water-based and odorless and is safe for use around plants, pets, and people. Our natural stone wax contains natural ingredients such as beeswax, carnauba wax, mineral oil, and lemon and orange extracts.

Although our materials are considered safe, please make sure to keep your item in a secure location not within reach of children or pets as a safety precaution.
